I experience my path as a deep connection to both what has been here long before us and what is slowly coming into being.
My work is rooted in the wisdom of Ayurveda and shaped by a natural remembering of ancient ways of living—ways that honour balance, rhythm, and a deep respect for life. It lives in how I move, how I listen, and how I create space for others.
Together with my sister Liza, I feel a shared devotion to something greater than ourselves. A way of living where there is more harmony between people, nature, and all forms of life—seen and unseen.
When I work with people, I meet them through the heart. Not as something abstract, but as a very real intelligence that brings clarity, softness, and direction. From there, people naturally reconnect with what feels true for them.
In these retreats, I bring together the subtle and the grounded. Creating spaces where deeper awareness can land in a way that is real, embodied, and supportive in everyday life.
For me, this work is about living in alignment with what feels honest, and supporting others in doing the same.

Together with Saphira, I share a soul mission to birth Heaven on Earth—through beauty, through love, through the awakening of humanity’s true divinity.
